LTF Recruitment are partnering with an outstanding Primary School in Camden, seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support in their Year 5 class. This full-time, long-term position offers the opportunity for progression into a permanent role, providing essential classroom support and helping children reach their full potential. This is a great opportunity for experienced Teaching Assistants and recent graduated eager to gain experience in a school setting.
The Role:
- Assisting the class teacher with daily lessons and classroom activities.
- Supporting pupils with their classwork, including reading, writing, and numeracy.
- Planning and delivering targeted interventions to enhance student development.
- Observing pupils and maintaining detailed records to contribute to their progress.
- Aiding in the overall management and supervision of the classroom.
Essential Requirements:
- A passion for working with children and supporting their educational journey.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to children's individual needs.
- Willingness to collaborate with teachers and other staff members.
