Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the classroom teacher with day-to-day activities, including lesson preparation, classroom management, and student engagement.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students to help with understanding class materials and improving learning outcomes.
- Support students with diverse learning needs, ensuring each child is included and able to progress at their own pace.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing materials, organizing classroom resources, and maintaining student records.
