Academics LTD are currently working alongside this outstanding two form Primary school to recruit an experienced general Teaching assistant to join their friendly team. The role will include working alongside the Key Stage 2 Teaching team in Year 5 to provide small group interventions, individual 121 support and whole class support.

The successful candidates will hold either a Level 3 childcare qualification or a Degree and have at least 6 months experience working in a Primary school setting. You will need to have excellent numeracy and literacy skills and be able to communicate clearly & confidently with children, staff, parents and carers.

This Primary school is a brilliant place to work where best practice is shared and everyone works together to provide an outstanding education for their children. You will be working within a positive, happy team of experienced teachers.

This role has come available due to extra funding being allocated to the school to help raise attainment in Maths and English. As a member of staff at this school, you will receive training and a mentor to help you settle into and excel in your role.
