Academics are currently working with this very successful 2 form entry Primary school based in Richmond to appoint a teaching assistant to join their team from October 2024. The successful candidate will be passionate about working with children and making an impact on their education. You will need to have a high standard of English and Maths to be confident support this child with Year 6 lessons and help him keep on task. The child is very well behaved and enjoys his time at school.

The school has a brilliant SEN department with an experienced SENCO, who will provide training for you to support the child's needs. Previous experience working in a Primary school setting or working with children with Special Needs would be advantageous but not essential. You will however need to be reliable and diligent in your work. It is essential that you are degree qualified (Any subject) or have a Level 3 qualification in childcare or education.
