A Hackney based secondary school are looking for Teaching Assistants to join the school from September to work as Graduate Teaching Assistants. The school are looking for Graduates who have an interest in teaching and are looking to use the teaching assistant role as a way to gain paid school experience.

I am working with a Hackney based secondary school who are looking for a number of Graduates to join the school from September to work as Graduate teaching assistants.

This would be the ideal school for Graduates who are eager to develop their experience in a school setting ahead of potentially commencing teacher training as well as experienced teacher assistant seeking a new teaching assistant positon.

The secondary school is based in the London borough of Hackney and the teaching assistants work closely with students with special educational needs in a wide range of subject areas. You will have the opportunity to work closely with various teachers and will get to lean different teaching styles and techniques.

To be considered for this secondary school teaching assistant you will need to have some form of recent paid or voluntary experience with young people. You may have gained this experience a number of ways such as youth work, sports coaching, tutoring, voluntary school wok….
