Early Years Teaching Assistant

This is a permanent role starting ASAP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
- Work with small groups and individual children to boost learning and development
- Help create a stimulating and safe learning environment
- Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing educational activities
- Provide pastoral care, ensuring the emotional and social wellbeing of all students
Ideal Candidate:
- Enthusiastic, patient, and nurturing with a love for working with children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player with a proactive approach
- Relevant qualifications in childcare or education (NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a school or early years setting is highly desirable
