Academics are seeking a remarkable teaching assistant to join our dynamic team and make a positive impact on the life of children.

As a teaching assistant in Tower Hamlet, you will have the incredible opportunity to work with children, providing the necessary support and guidance to help them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Your role will be pivotal in creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every child can reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one support to the children.

Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons, ensuring the children's active participation.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, promoting a sense of belonging and self-confidence.

Monitor and assess the child's progress, providing regular feedback to the class teacher and parents.

Qualifications and Skills:

* ✔️ Experience working with children
* ✔️ Knowledge of effective teaching strategies and resources for supporting children with diverse learning needs.
* ✔️ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with the class teacher, parents, and external professionals.
* ✔️ Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for empowering every child to succeed.
