As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in the SEND team. You will work closely with an experienced team to provide personalised care and education to a child on a 1:1 basis, enabling them to thrive in a mainstream school setting.

Your experience
- Experience working with children in EYFS or Primary settings.
- Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs, either in a personal or educational capacity.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Confident and able to use your initiative.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children with special needs.
- Knowledge of relevant safeguarding policies and procedures.
