Payscale: 90-105 per day
Duration: Long-term to Permanent

Are you passionate about supporting children with behavioral needs? We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Specialist Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join our team and make a meaningful difference in a KS2 setting in Tower Hamlets.
Role Details:
- Preferred Qualifications: Team Teach or MAPA (Management of Actual or Potential Aggression) qualification.
- Experience: Working with children who may display physical behaviors.
- Skills: Calm, patient, and resourceful in challenging situations.
- Communication: Strong relationship-building skills to support the child's development and foster a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and group support to students with behavioral needs.
- Collaborate closely with teachers and other staff to implement behavior management strategies.
- Create a safe, supportive learning environment that encourages positive behavior.
- Support the child both academically and emotionally to foster their growth.
