An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and enthusiastic KS1 Teacher to join a thriving school in Putney. This maternity cover position is perfect for an experienced educator or a talented early-career teacher who is eager to inspire and support a Year 1 class.
The Role:
- Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
- Foster a nurturing environment that encourages learning and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to uphold the school's high standards and ethos.
- Monitor and support pupils' progress, ensuring their individual needs are met.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers to build positive partnerships.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experienced or confident in teaching Key Stage 1, particularly Year 1.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality education in a supportive environment.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire young learners.
