About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Support children with autism on a one-to-one or small group basis, helping them access the curriculum effectively.

- Promote social skills and emotional well-being through supportive interactions and positive reinforcement.

About You
We are looking for a teaching assistant who:
- Has experience working with children with autism or other special educational needs (SEN).
- Is patient, empathetic, and passionate about supporting children with diverse learning needs.
- Possesses strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
- Can work effectively as part of a team to create an inclusive learning environment.
- Holds relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, SEN training) or is willing to undergo training.
