Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to children with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.

  • Monitor and report on pupils' progress to teachers and the SENCO.
  • Support the emotional and social well-being of pupils, encouraging positive behaviours.
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure the best outcomes for each child.

About You:

  • Previous experience in an SEN or educational setting is desirable but not essential.
  • Psychology graduates are highly encouraged to apply to build experience in the field.
  • A proactive and empathetic approach with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to individual pupil needs and work as part of a team.
