Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Help maintain an engaging and stimulating environment for students.
  • Work in groups or 1:1 with students that require extra support.
  • Provide personal care when needed.
Teaching Assistant Requirements:
  • Experience working with students/young adults with special educational needs (SEN) preferred.
  • Experience working in a school environment preferred.
  • Must be able to work on a fulltime basis.
  • Passionate about working with young people with SEN and other learning difficulties.
  • Excellent communication skills, being able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A positive, can-do attitude.
  • Be reliable and professional.
  • Be able to provide an up to date DBS (or apply for one).
  • Have right to work in the UK.
