Key Responsibilities for the Teaching Assistant:
- Work as a Teaching Assistant in the Reception class during the mornings, supporting young children as they settle into their routines.
- Provide focused phonics and reading support as a Teaching Assistant in the Year 5 classroom during the afternoons.
- Collaborate closely with class teachers to deliver engaging and effective support for pupils.

What We're Looking For in a Teaching Assistant:
- Experience as a Teaching Assistant, particularly in EYFS and KS2 settings, is highly desirable.
- Phonics knowledge is advantageous and will be a great asset in supporting Year 5 pupils.
- A confident and proactive Teaching Assistant who can adapt to different classroom environments.
- Must hold an Enhanced DBS or be open to processing one through Reeson Education.
