The Role - Teaching Assistant -Ealing
- Create a safe and supportive environment for students to develop their physical, emotional, and educational skills.
- Support students in small groups or one-on-one settings to address SEMH needs.
- Assist in planning and delivering interventions tailored to students' individual needs.
- Encourage independence and help students develop a positive sense of self-esteem.
- Participate in meetings to track student progress and contribute to inclusion efforts.
