About the role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide 1:1 support to a Year 3 child with ADHD.
• Work closely with the class teacher to implement tailored learning strategies.
• Help the child stay engaged, focused, and confident throughout the school day.
• Create a positive, nurturing, and structured environment for the child.
• Collaborate with staff to promote the child's academic and personal development.

Requirements:

To excel as a Teaching Assistant, you will need:

• Prior experience working with children with SEN, especially ADHD.
• A compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic approach to supporting learning.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with staff and parents.
• A proactive attitude, with a commitment to helping every child succeed.
