Reeson Education are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant on behalf of an exceptional primary school based in the heart of lively Hackney.

Position: Teaching Assistant
Location: Hackney
Pay: 85 - 100 per day
Start Date: January 2025
Contract: Full-time, providing 1:1 SEN support

About the role - Teaching Assistant:
- Work as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, supporting a Year 1 child with high needs SEN (ASD).
- Implement strategies outlined in the child's EHCP to support their learning and development.
- Foster engagement, independence, and positive social interactions.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, SENCO, and external specialists to meet the child's needs.
- Be an integral part of creating an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
Requirements for the Teaching Assistant role:
- Experience working with SEN, particularly ASD, is highly desirable.
- A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach to supporting learning.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Enthusiasm for helping children overcome challenges and achieve their potential.
- Previous experience in a Teaching Assistant role or similar setting is beneficial.
