Two exceptional primary schools in Hackney and North London are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in students' learning journeys, working alongside skilled educators in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support individual students or small groups in achieving their learning objectives.
- Assist the class teacher in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
- Provide tailored support to students with additional needs, including those with SEN, to ensure they thrive academically and socially.
- Help manage classroom behavior and encourage positive interactions among students.
- Contribute to lesson planning, classroom organization, and the preparation of learning materials.
- Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers to inform planning and interventions.
- Foster a safe, respectful, and nurturing atmosphere for all learners.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, ideally in a primary school setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and primary education principles.
- Experience supporting children with SEN is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with staff, students, and parents.
- Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude toward learning and student engagement.
- Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant certification, are preferred.
