Are you a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant seeking a new opportunity in Tower Hamlets? We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at a reputable 2 form entry primary school in Tower Hamlets

Responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant:
- Assist in the planning and implementation of tailored learning programs
- Support small group activities, ensuring all students can actively participate
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Provide support for students with additional needs, in line with IEP's
What we are looking for in a Teaching Assistant:
- Proven track record supporting children in a primary school setting, ideally within KS2
- Experience supporting a variety of learning difficulties and implementing strategies to address individual needs is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build strong rapport with students
- A strong team player, supporting colleagues and collaborating on student progress
- A commitment to promoting a safe and nurturing learning environment
