Responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant:
- Assist in planning and delivering tailored learning programs
- Support small group activities, ensuring every student can actively engage
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Provide support for students with additional needs, following IEPs
What we are looking for in a Teaching Assistant:
- Proven experience supporting children in a primary school setting, ideally within KS2
- Experience with various learning difficulties and implementing tailored strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build strong relationships with students
- A team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues
- Commitment to creating a safe and nurturing learning environment
