Long Term Futures are seeking an experienced and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant two-form entry primary school in Hammersmith and Fulham, W12. This role focuses on providing dedicated support to a child in Year 1 with ASD, ensuring they thrive in their learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
