Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: Ealing, London
Salary: £83 - £90 per day
Start Date: As soon as possible
Are you passionate about supporting young learners and making a difference in their educational journey? We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our schools in Ealing. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with teachers and help students achieve their full potential.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who need additional help.
- Assist in creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Help with classroom management and behavior support.
- Prepare and organize teaching materials and resources.
- Support students with special educational needs (SEN), if required.
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Experience working with children in a school or similar setting (preferred but not essential).
- A patient, empathetic, and nurturing approach to working with children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and adaptable attitude to work.
- A valid DBS check or willingness to undergo one.
