As a teaching assistant in this primary school you will be working on a one to one basis with pupils that have an education health care plan, and those with behavioural difficulties.
This is a challenging but rewarding role working with the early years department that will be desirable to anybody with a future set firmly in education or child development, the head is looking for a bright, confident individual with a genuine enthusiasm for working in a Primary School and supporting children with learning difficulties, although experience working with Special educational needs is not essential, you will require some previous experience working with young people.
