Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Hillingdon, Greater London
Salary: 85 - 100 per day
Contract: Full-Time, Temporary

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide tailored one-to-one and group support for students with special educational needs, ensuring they can fully engage with the curriculum.
• Work collaboratively with the class teacher and other staff to deliver effective learning strategies.
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and builds student confidence.
• Support the development of students' independence and self-esteem, both academically and socially.
• Adapt learning materials and teaching approaches to meet individual needs.
• Assist in managing classroom behavior, promoting a positive and safe learning environment.

To succeed as a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Have experience working with children, ideally in an SEN or education setting.
• Be patient, empathetic, and passionate about supporting children with additional needs.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Be flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of individual learners.
• Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
