Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Pay: 85 - 100 per day

The role - Teaching Assistant:
- Provide classroom support as a Teaching Assistant for KS2 pupils, helping to deliver engaging lessons.
- Work closely with teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Support individual pupils or small groups to enhance understanding and achievement.
- Assist with monitoring progress and offering encouragement to help every child reach their potential.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant, preferably within KS2.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with pupils and staff.
- A patient and positive approach to supporting children's academic and emotional development.
- A genuine commitment to fostering a love of learning in every child.
