Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Pay: 85 - 105 per day

The Role: Teaching Assistant
- Provide classroom support as a Teaching Assistant in a Reception class and Year 2 class.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to pupils' needs.
- Support children with their academic, social, and emotional development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment, helping all children to feel valued and confident.
Requirements
- Level 3 Childcare qualification is desirable but not essential; relevant experience will be considered.
- Previous experience supporting EYFS and KS1 pupils in a school setting is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with staff and pupils.
- A genuine passion for education and a commitment to nurturing children's potential.
