Key Responsibilities of the Teaching Assistant:

• Support classroom teachers with delivering lessons and providing individual or group support to students.
• Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for all children.
• Help to manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning atmosphere.
• Provide feedback and assistance to students, ensuring their progress and development.
• Assist in administrative tasks such as preparing learning materials and record-keeping.
• Support children with special educational needs and ensure they are fully included in lessons.
