Salary: 90 - 115 per day (based on experience)
Contract Type: Full-time, term-time only (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with class teachers to support student learning across different subjects in Greenwich.
- Assist with lesson preparation, including setting up materials and resources.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support, reinforcing learning objectives.
- Encourage student participation and engagement through interactive activities.
- Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Supervise children during break times, lunch, and school activities to ensure safety and well-being.
- Support students who may need additional guidance with their work, confidence, or social skills.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers.
- Ensure school policies and safeguarding procedures are followed at all times.
