Horizon Teachers are working with a Primary school in Ealing, assisting in their search for a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their pre-school from April 2025.
This is a long-term, full-time position with potential to become permanent for the right person. Your focus on building strong relationships with the children, their families, and your colleagues, fostering a supportive and nurturing environment for the children to take their first steps in education.
Key Requirements
- CACHE Level 3 Qualification in Early Years
- Proven experience in working with young children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- A genuine passion for early years education
Responsibilities
- Providing a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children
- Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Monitoring and documenting children's progress
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures
