Teaching Assistant

Are you a Teaching Assistant passionate about supporting children with complex needs and emotional behaviour challenges? A Haringey primary school is looking for an experienced TA to provide tailored support to a Year 3 pupil in a long-term role.

• Work 1:1 with a Year 3 pupil, offering academic and emotional support.
• Help manage challenging behaviours through structured interventions.
• Support the pupil's social, emotional, and educational development.
• Collaborate with teachers, SENCO, and pastoral teams to implement strategies.

• Experienced teaching assistant working with SEN or complex needs, ideally in a primary setting.
• Teaching assistant to be confident in behaviour management and de-escalation techniques.
• Teaching assistant with a calm, patient, and proactive approach to supporting children's learning.
• A valid Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply through Reeson Education.
