Teaching Assistant - Key Responsibilities:
- Work 1:1 with a Year 3 pupil, offering academic and emotional support.
- Help manage challenging behaviours through structured interventions.
- Support the pupil's social, emotional, and educational development.
- Collaborate with teachers, SENCO, and pastoral teams to implement strategies.
Teaching Assistant - Candidate Requirements:
- Experienced teaching assistant working with SEN or complex needs, ideally in a primary setting.
- Teaching assistant to be confident in behaviour management and de-escalation techniques.
- Teaching assistant with a calm, patient, and proactive approach to supporting children's learning.
- A valid Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply through Reeson Education.
