THE ROLE – Teaching Assistant
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a Year 3 pupil who is suspected of having autism. Your role will include providing tailored one-to-one support, helping the pupil engage in their learning, and assisting with their social and emotional development within the classroom. You will also support the wider class by assisting the teacher with classroom activities, ensuring an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students.
