Hours: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm

Key Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:

Support students across KS1 and KS2 with their learning and personal development.
Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
Provide one-to-one and small group support as required, helping students to stay on track and achieve their potential.
Contribute to a positive and nurturing learning environment.
Assist with classroom organisation and resource preparation.
Support students with SEN needs, adapting strategies to meet their individual requirements.
Uphold the school’s values and maintain a high standard of care and professionalism.

Teaching Assistant (TA) Requirements:

Proven experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting.
Experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
A strong understanding of the primary curriculum, with the ability to support students across KS1 and KS2.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive and flexible approach to working with students and staff.
An Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service or willingness to apply for a new one.
