SEN Teaching Assistant - What the Role Involves:
- Providing 1:1 support to a Year 4 pupil with behavioural difficulties.
- Helping to implement behaviour strategies and encourage classroom participation.

- Working alongside the SENCO, teachers, and external specialists to ensure the best support.
SEN Teaching Assistant - Who We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant, behaviour mentor, or pastoral support worker.
- A psychology graduate or someone with a strong interest in child development and SEN.
- Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one via Reeson Education.
