Teaching Assistant - The Role

Full-time Teaching Assistant position in a Year 3 class, from April 2025 to July 2025
Assist the class teacher with planning and delivering engaging lessons
Provide support to individual students or small groups to enhance their learning experience
Help maintain a well-organised and calm classroom environment
Offer guidance and support to students with various learning needs

Teaching Assistant - Requirements

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is highly desirable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children and staff
Passionate about supporting children's academic and personal growth
Ability to commit to full-time hours from 8:30am-4pm, Monday to Friday
A proactive, positive attitude with a focus on improving student outcomes
