About the Role - Teaching Assistant:
- Teaching Assistant role within an Early Years class
- Provide general classroom support to help create a stimulating learning environment
- Assist with planning and delivering engaging activities for young learners
- Support the teacher with classroom management and the individual needs of pupils
- Help foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere in the classroom
Teaching Assistant Requirements:
- CACHE Level 3 in Childcare is ideal but not essential
- Experience as a Teaching Assistant, preferably in an early years setting, is essential
- Ability to build positive relationships with young children and staff
- Passionate about supporting children's development and learning
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
