The Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and dedicated Teaching Assistant to support teachers in the delivery of the curriculum. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young learners while working in a fast-paced and diverse school environment. You will be supporting students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, assisting with both academic and social development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities.
• Provide one-to-one or small group support for students with varying learning needs.
• Support students in their personal, social, and emotional development.
• Help to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assist with classroom organization and the preparation of learning materials.
• Monitor and track student progress and provide feedback to the teacher.
• Support students with special educational needs, if applicable.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience working with children in a school or educational setting is desirable.
• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students and staff.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting children’s learning.
• An understanding of child safeguarding and a commitment to creating a safe environment for all students.
• A willingness to learn and grow professionally.
• Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable, but not essential.
