Here at Destination Education, we are working with a an award-winning mainstream, 11-19 co-educational secondary school near Kings Crosswho are looking for enthusiastic teaching assistants to join their teamASAP or in Januaryon afulltime basis.
Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:
- Help maintain an engaging and stimulating environment for students.
- Work in groups or 1:1 with students that require extra support.
- Provide personal care when needed.
- Experience working with students/young adults with special educational needs (SEN) preferred.
- Experience working in a school environment preferred.
- Must be able to work on a fulltime basis.
- Passionate about working with young people with SEN and other learning difficulties.
- Excellent communication skills, being able to work effectively as part of a team.
- A positive, can-do attitude.
- Be reliable and professional.
- Be able to provide an up to date DBS (or apply for one).
- Have right to work in the UK.
- Working with leading consultants in the industry who have expertise in Education.
