We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to provide one-to-one support for a Year 6 pupil with dyslexia. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and vibrant primary school located in Kilburn Park.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored one-to-one assistance to a child with dyslexia, ensuring their educational and emotional needs are met.
  • Support the child in accessing the curriculum and developing literacy skills.
  • Collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to implement effective learning strategies.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • A degree (preferably in education, psychology, or a child-related field).
  • Experience working with children, ideally in an educational or support setting.
  • Understanding of dyslexia and strategies to support children with specific learning difficulties.
