Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to children with SEN and other learning needs
- Assist the class teacher with daily classroom tasks and activities
- Work closely with the SENDCO and other teaching assistants to support the students' progress
- Build strong, positive relationships with students to foster a supportive learning environment
- Lead intervention groups to support students who need extra help
- Help in classroom management and create an inclusive learning environment for all children
About You:
- You have a strong passion for working with children and supporting their learning
- You have experience working with children, particularly those with SEN
- You are empathetic, patient, and able to build positive relationships with children
- You're interested in gaining experience in a classroom environment, especially if you aspire to become a teacher in the future
