Long Term Futures are seeking an experienced and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant two-form entry primary school in Hammersmith and Fulham, W12. This role focuses on providing dedicated support to a child in Year 1 with ASD, ensuring they thrive in their learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 support for a child with ASD in Year 1, tailoring strategies to their unique needs.
- Implement visual timetables, reward systems, and sensory resources to aid engagement.
- Work collaboratively with the class teacher to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Foster a calm, structured, and nurturing learning environment.
- Support the child in managing emotions and building confidence.
- Liaise with SENCOs and external professionals to ensure consistent and effective support.
About You:
- Proven experience working with children with ASD, particularly in a primary school setting.
- Confident using strategies such as visual aids and sensory tools.
- A patient, empathetic, and calm approach to supporting young learners.
- Willingness to assist with personal care if required.
- Relevant qualifications or training in supporting SEN are desirable.
