Position: Teaching Assistant
Qualifications: PGCE, Classroom Experience, and Relevant Teaching Assistant Qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning)

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons and supporting student learning.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, helping them to achieve their academic goals.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation.
- Help with classroom management and promote positive behaviour among students.
- Collaborate with teachers to track student progress and identify areas for improvement.
- PGCE qualification.
- Previous experience in a classroom setting, supporting diverse learners.
- Relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
