Key Responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant:

Requirements for the Teaching Assistant Role:
- A degree in a relevant subject (Education, Psychology, Environmental Studies, or similar).
- Prior Teaching Assistant experience, ideally within a primary school setting.
- A strong passion for outdoor learning, nature, and child development.
- Confidence in managing whole classes and engaging pupils in creative learning experiences.
