GSL Education is currently looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant for one of our vibrant client SEN schools in Enfield . The school is lookingfor someone who can start after straight away and has SEN experience working with individuals and small groups of children.

About the Teaching Assistant role:
- You will be working closely with the class teacher to motivate and encourage students to reach their full potential.
- Supporting children with special educational needs
- Individual support should be provided to students in small groups to ensure learning is taking place
Ideal Teaching Assistant will:
- Have previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant.
- Support pupils who have special educational needs
- Have basic understanding of childhood development and steps to support children of various ages
- Be helping pupils to increase their confidence and self-esteem by listening to them and devising appropriate strategies.
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Good written and oral skills
- Be able to commute daily to Enfield
