I am seeking someone to work with an autistic child in a reception class in September 2025.

What You'll Do as a Teaching Assistant:
- Support students in the classroom and one-on-one, especially those with SEN like autism or ADHD.
- Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop effective strategies.
- Build students' confidence and foster a love of learning.
What We're Looking For in a Teaching assistant:
- Experience working with children in any setting.
- Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach.
- Someone that actually cares about children and is interested in developing in a educational setting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
