Key Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom support to students, assisting with learning activities and engagement.
• Work collaboratively with teachers to implement lesson plans and tailored learning strategies.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports student progress.
• Offer one-to-one or small group support to students who require additional assistance.
• Assist with classroom management, behavior support, and student well-being.
• Adapt learning materials and techniques to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with SEND.

Candidate Profile:

• Essential: A genuine passion for education and student development.
• Preferred: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with students with SEND.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to working in a dynamic educational setting.
• A commitment to ongoing professional growth and training.
• An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
