Working Hours: 08:30 am – 03:30 pm (Monday to Friday)

- IEP Involvement: Assist in creating and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to meet student needs.
- Inclusive Learning: Work closely with teachers to promote an inclusive and positive classroom environment.
- Skill Development: Help children build their academic, social, and emotional skills.
- Monitor Progress: Track and report student progress to teachers and parents.
- Classroom Support: Assist with managing classroom behavior and ensuring a positive learning atmosphere.
- Experience: Previous experience working with children is essential, especially in a similar role.
- Empathy & Patience: A caring, patient, and compassionate approach to supporting children.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with staff and parents.
- Commitment: A dedication to creating an inclusive, supportive environment where every child can flourish.
- Qualifications: Training or qualifications in special education are a plus, but not required.
A thorough understanding of safeguarding and child protection is essential for this role. All successful applicants must pass enhanced DBS checks and follow strict recruitment processes.
