Key Responsibilities:

  • Classroom Support: Assist classroom teachers with the delivery of lessons and the management of students.

  • 1:1 Support: Provide individual support to students who require additional help, ensuring they can access the curriculum effectively.

  • Group Work: Lead small group sessions, reinforcing learning and providing targeted support.

  • Behavior Management: Assist in maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Help with behavior management strategies when necessary.

  • Special Educational Needs (SEN): Work with students with SEN, tailoring support to meet their specific needs.

  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties, such as preparing classroom materials and maintaining records.

Qualifications:
