As a Textiles Lecturer, you will shape the educational journey of our students by delivering exceptional teaching and learning experiences. We emphasize individual learning styles and holistic development, ensuring a nurturing and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Textiles, using diverse teaching methods.
- Pastoral Care: Support students' well-being and foster a positive learning environment.
- Industry Integration: Bring real-world insights from the Textiles industry into the classroom.
- Relationship Building: Maintain excellent relationships with students, promoting collaboration.
- Continuous Improvement: Enhance the Textiles curriculum, staying updated on industry trends.
- Reports/Documentation: Produce regular reports on program quality and progress.
- Assessment: Set and mark assignments, tests, and exams, providing constructive feedback.
- Monitoring: Track learners’ progress and implement strategies to address weaknesses.
- CPD: Engage in continuous professional development.
- Perform additional duties as requested by management.
- Comply with health and safety policies and risk assessments.
