As a Trainee Science Teacher, you will:

  • Develop and Deliver Lessons: Plan and execute engaging and effective Science lessons for Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
  • Promote Knowledge: Encourage a love of being inquisitve, helping students to develop strong literacy skills.
  • Support Student Progress: Monitor and assess students’ work, providing constructive feedback to support their academic and personal growth.
  • Engage in Professional Development: Participate in the Grad2Teach programme, receiving high-quality training, mentoring, and support to gain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with a dedicated team of educators to share best practices and contribute to a positive school environment.
