Uniformed Services Lecturer
- Annual Salary: £32,455 to £45,260 including London Weighting

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed professional to join our highly successful Uniformed Services department at a college in West London. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the training of young people aspiring to careers in the Police, Armed Services, Fire Brigade, Ambulance, and Security Services.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Teach on a range of programmes related to Policing and the Uniformed Services, including NCFE Levels 1 - 3 and Higher National Diploma.
- Participate in outdoor and residential activities, contributing to the delivery and support of fitness training.
- Drive a minibus for student activities or undertake training to acquire the necessary driving qualifications.
- Create a disciplined learning environment that prepares students for careers in various uniformed public services.
- Engage and motivate students aged 16-19 through effective communication and teaching practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified to a minimum of Level 3 in a relevant subject area.
- Work experience in the Police, other emergency services, or the Armed Services.
- Some teaching or training experience is desirable, but not essential.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively and engage young people.
- Willingness to drive a minibus or to undertake training to do so.
- If not already a trained teacher, you must be willing to undergo training, which will be fully funded and supported by the College.
